11 January 2008- HEBCO, INC. awarded T-1 Program Support Order
HEBCO, INC. announces that it has been awarded a delivery order under the Tinker Advisory and Assistance Services Contract (TAASC) to provide technical data management support to 727 Aircraft Sustainment Group (ACSG) for FY08 and an option years for 2009. In fulfilling this effort, HEBCO will assist in integrating all facets of Technical Data management for the T-1 Aircraft Program.
7 September 2007- HEBCO, INC. awarded Contract Reconciliation/Closure And Logistics Support Analysis Order
HEBCO, INC. announces that it has been awarded a delivery order under the Tinker Advisory and Assistance Services Contract (TAASC) to provide contract reconciliation/closure and logistics support analysis to 559 CBSS/GBLC for FY08 and option years through 2011. In fulfilling this effort, HEBCO and its team members will identify and correct problems with material and financial records to facilitate contract closure goals of Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command (HQ AFMC) and prevent degradation of parts availability throughout the repair process to meet mission requirements.
24 August 2007- HEBCO awarded C/KC-135 Modification Squadron Support TAASC Delivery Order
HEBCO, Inc. announces that it has been awarded the C/KC-135 Advisory and Assistance Services delivery order under the Tinker Advisory and Assistance Services Contract (TAASC), to provide engineering, financial, cost and technical support to the 827th Sustainment Group. In fulfilling this effort, HEBCO and team members will provide support to the Modification Squadron for the acquisition of Air Force C/KC-135 aircraft systems including airframe and avionics, components, integration and support equipment with base and option years through 2012.
17 August 2007- HEBCO awarded F100 Engine TAASC Delivery Order
HEBCO, Inc. announces that it has been awarded the F100 engineering and technical support delivery order under the Tinker Advisory and Assistance Services Contract (TAASC). Under this contract to the 540th Combat Sustainment Squadron, HEBCO and team members providing engineering, planning, logistics, and information technology support Air Force personnel responsible for F100 engines to help maintain engine production, supportability, and mission capability
13 August 2007- HEBCO awarded first TAASC Delivery Order
HEBCO, Inc. announces that it has been awarded the first delivery order under the Tinker Advisory and Assistance Services Contract (TAASC), providing support for the C/KC-135 Technical Coordination Group (TCG). The effort provides technical, programmatic, logistics, and support management functions for France, Turkey, and Singapore Foreign Military Sales customers for the KC-135 program with base and option years through 2009. HEBCO’s successful proposal of technical approach, past performance, and cost proved to be the winning combination for the 827th Aircraft Support Group’s mission.

15 March 2007 - HEBCO, INC. awarded prime Tinker A&AS contract
HEBCO, Inc. announced today that it has been awarded a prime contract by the Air Force Material Command (AFMC), Oklahoma City Air Logistic Center (OC-ALC) Capabilities Integration Division (XPR) to provide services under the Tinker Advisory and Assistance Services Contract (TAASC) program. This indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contract has a five-year base period of performance. The total ceiling value is $350 million.
The TAASC program is the first of its kind at OC-ALC and has been established as a broad and flexible means to meet Tinker Air Force Base and OC-ALC changing requirements for advisory and assistance services. HEBCO and its team members will provide a comprehensive range of advisory and assistance services (A&AS) across many functional areas to support OC-ALC and Tinker Air Force Base logistics challenges worldwide. Specific services include management and professional support, studies, analyses and evaluations, and engineering and technical services. The TAASC contract vehicle is available to all OC-ALC and Tinker AFB agencies.
HEBCO has a long history of working with the Air Force, OC-ALC and Tinker AFB, including such activities as development and sustainment of technical data and documentation. "The TAASC award provides HEBCO with increased opportunities to assist OC-ALC and Tinker AFB in support of vital national defense initiatives.” said Bryan Billingsley, HEBCO president.
HEBCO will coordinate the allocation of task orders among its team members, Consulting Services Inc (CSI), Long Wave, Valdez International, MacAuley Brown, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and Business Technologies and Solutions (BTAS) to ensure that OC-ALC receives the ideal mix of capabilities for the identified scope of work.
